C Construction PLLC and Southwest International Builders LLC completed a 4,400 sq. ft. restaurant for Mr. Francisco Fong at 112 N. Cardwell St., Nogales, AZ. Mr. Fong, a seasoned restaurateur from Mochis, Sinaloa, Mexico, brought his expertise to this new location.

The wooden-framed building is finished with stucco, and the interior features exposed concrete floors and textured gypsum walls. Equipped with an automatic sprinkler system and energy-efficient heating/cooling, the restaurant is both modern and cost-effective. The kitchen boasts state-of-the-art appliances, while the open dining area with recessed lighting provides a welcoming and well-lit dining experience.
