Southwest International Builders LLC completed a 2,400 sq. ft. warehouse with a 2,200 sq. ft. prefabricated dry storage for Compras USA in Nogales, AZ. The 98′ x 24′ metal building features a 15-foot-high clear span structure.

The warehouse is designed for storage rental, accommodating personal and commercial items for clients. An automatic sprinkler system helps reduce insurance costs, and the wood-framed office area provides a comfortable space for reception and operations.
