Southwest International Builders LLC expanded Freig Rodrigues Properties LLC’s facility in Nogales, AZ, from 12,000 to 24,000 sq. ft.

The pre-engineered metal building features a 100-foot clear span structure, 25 feet in height, with enclosed and exterior shipping/receiving docks. The warehouse is divided into two 6,000 sq. ft. areas and one 12,000 sq. ft. area, with electrical installations allowing future conversion to cold storage for various commodities.

Equipped with an automatic sprinkler system, the facility benefits from reduced insurance costs. The wood-framed office and restroom areas offer quality finishes for a comfortable work environment. The site also includes ample space for semi-truck maneuvering, parking, and landscaped areas for improved aesthetics.
